The
Youth contestants will have the option of rolling the time that they run in the
Youth class over to the Open class. This option is not limited to members of
SBRA. The pattern for both classes will be identical. If they opt to roll their
time over, they will be required to pay the entry fee of the Open class before

$25.00 fee is required.) Points may be accumulated while riding any horse;
however, only points on ONE RUN per jackpot will count. Designation must be made at entry, if
competing on more than one horse in any jackpot, which horse will count for
points. If nominated rider fails
to designate the point-counting run, the first run will count for points.
On Horse (a nomination form and
$25.00 fee PER HORSE is required).
In order for points to be awarded, a “Nominated” horse must
be ridden by a member of SBRA.
If a
nominated rider or nominated horse gets injured, you can pay a $10.00 fee and
change your nomination. A physician’s statement or veterinarian’s
statement may be required.
At no
time will a NOMINATED RIDER be allowed to run a NOMINATED HORSE in the same
class and get two different sets of points on one run. If a Nominated Rider is riding a
Nominated Horse, it must be designated at entry which one is receiving the
points (horse or rider).
9. Contestants
(members and/or non-members) may ride any horse, regardless of ownership, and
may ride as many horses as they choose in a class; however, a horse may not be

member is expected to be available to the Works Director for any additional
assistance.
B.
The member is also expected to be available at the end of
the jackpot to assist any officers in putting away equipment, cleaning the
arena area, etc. Every member is
responsible for keeping the Works Director informed of their works. If a member forgets to write their name
down for the works performed, they have until the next jackpot to clear it with
the Works Director in their own handwriting. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Youth

requirement. Youth MUST ENTER eight
(8) jackpots to be eligible for awards.
Youth
members who nominate in the Open 4D MUST meet the Open requirements.
An
alley guard will be a category on the Work List. An alley guard is expected to ensure the
safety of members and the public from the start of the jackpot to the
